CELLULITE DIETS 

 

As result of complex physiological changes to the subcutaneous fat layer, referring to hormonal changes (for example during puberty, pregnancy, menopause, premenstrual syndrome and the initial months on birth control pills) and cellulite will form. 

 

Follow a well - balanced diet, adequate water intake on a daily basis at least 8 glasses (2 liter), regular exercise, balanced salt intake, minimize carbohydrates, saturated fat, alcohol, tea and coffee.
